Terms of Service

By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We supply dental equipment, instruments and consumables. Product images are illustrative; specifications and packaging may change without notice where the change does not affect fitness for purpose.

Some goods are supplied for professional use only. By ordering them you confirm you are qualified to use them, or that they will be used under qualified supervision.

Prices are shown in the currency above and include VAT at the applicable rate unless the net view is selected. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm the order. If a price is listed incorrectly we will tell you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. We may decline an order if the goods are unavailable, the price was wrong, or we cannot verify the delivery address.

You receive an order confirmation by email with an order number. Quote it in any correspondence.

Payment is taken at checkout for card payments, and before dispatch for bank transfer. We never see or store your card number.

Delivery times and costs depend on the option chosen and are shown before you confirm the order. Times are estimates in working days, not guarantees.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full conditions are on the Delivery page.

Sterile or hygiene-sealed consumables cannot be returned once the seal is broken, and goods made to your specification cannot be returned.

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are in addition to the cancellation right above.

Tell us about damage in transit within 48 hours of delivery and keep the packaging.

Give accurate delivery and billing details.

Keep your account credentials secure and tell us if they are compromised.

Use the goods lawfully and in line with the manufacturer's instructions.

Do not resell goods supplied for professional use to anyone unqualified to use them.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or other indirect loss.

If we cannot resolve it, you can refer the matter to the relevant consumer body in your country. Nothing here restricts your right to go to court.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
