Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Address accuracy
Check the delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once the carrier has collected it.
Nobody home
The carrier leaves a card and reattempts, or holds the parcel at a local depot. Uncollected parcels return to us.
Damaged on arrival
Tell us within 48 hours and keep the packaging.
