Terms
VAT
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. A VAT invoice is sent with your order confirmation. Use the price toggle in the header to see net prices.

Order confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.
Failed payment
If a payment is declined the order is not placed and nothing is taken. Your bank may show a temporary authorisation that clears on its own.
Refunds
Made to the same payment method, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or your proof of postage.
Partial refunds
If part of an order is returned we refund that part. The standard delivery cost is refunded only if the whole order goes back.
Card storage
We never see or store your card number. Only a token from the payment provider is kept, and only if you ask to save the card.
Billing address
Must match the address registered with your card issuer, or the payment may be declined.
Security
Card details are entered on the payment provider's own secure page. They never reach our servers.
Payments are protected by Strong Customer Authentication. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app.
